It’s official! We are proud to announce we are a certified B Corporation!

We have always been a value-led business since we launched 19 years ago, with our powerfully good work benefiting people, place and planet.

We are constantly fuelled by an ambition to be a force for good. We always consider the impact of our decisions on our team, our clients, our suppliers and the community, and are continuously striving to improve. We take into consideration the social and environmental impact of the decisions we make daily.

With this in mind, B Corp always felt like a natural process. It aligns with everything we stand for and always will.

What is B Corp?

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. This means we commit to a more inclusive, equitable and regenerative way of doing our business.

B Corps harness the power of business to tackle issues such as inequality, climate change and systematic injustice. By placing people and planet alongside profit, B Corps positively impact all stakeholders – workers, communities, customers and our planet.

We are proud to announce that based on the comprehensive B Corp assessment, we earned an overall score of 84.6! For context, the median score for businesses completing the assessment is currently 50.9.

A powerfully good journey.

Since day one, it has been vitally important for us to lead by example and demonstrate our commitment to being an organisation people want to work with and work for. Our wonderful team always consider the impact of our collective decisions on colleagues, clients, suppliers, the wider community and the planet.

Over the last 12 months, we have given so much back: from driving forward the good business agenda, amplifying the push for net zero and green energy, to gifting £65,000 worth of new books to underprivileged children as well as random acts of kindness to mark our 19^th birthday. 

With this in mind, we know B Corp is the perfect certification for us. But our journey does not stop here. We are determined to continue making powerfully good work while being a social and environmental force for good at both our Liverpool and Manchester studios and beyond.
