So we formed a plan to give back 19 Powerfully Good Deeds to the people, businesses and communities we cherish. That’s one good deed for each of our amazing years.
And you know what? It’s been a blast.
From long-term clients to random strangers and drag bingo to street clean-ups, our inspirational team have gone above and beyond to celebrate our birthday in style.
It felt so good to give back. Here’s the round-up, in no particular order, of our 19 Powerfully Good Deeds and the impact they have had on hundreds of people.
Flower power.
Dynamic duo Grace and Daria delivered 19 bunches of flowers to our lovely clients, just to brighten their day! The flowers were sourced from a local farm, Lakes & Rivers, and helped deliver smiles across the city!
Motivational messaging.
A real throwback! To celebrate our roots, we re-launched our ‘Thought of the day’ in our Liverpool studio. Each team member was invited to write a motivational message for the entire office - just as we did when we launched 19 years ago!
Paying it forward.
Agent bought 19 coffees and hot drinks for those experiencing homelessness in Liverpool City Centre through The Paper Cup Project’s pay-it-forward scheme. The scheme provides a safe space for unhoused people with dignity and care.
Good Growth Summit 2025.
We hosted our inaugural Good Growth Summit in the iconic Science and Industry Museum in Manchester in partnership with our friends at vocL, and sponsored by Spirit Energy, EET, Electricity North Wet and CGI. The event brought together business leaders from across the UK to talk about the importance of doing good business.
The Dan Kay Foundation.
Our copywriter, Sam, delivered an emotional presentation about his friend Dan Kay, the celebrated journalist and Hillsborough campaigner who died in 2023. After his passing, Dan’s family, friends and colleagues launched The Dan Kay Foundation to further his legacy, raising over £30,000 for mental health initiatives and other good causes.
Fantastic footballers!
Our athletic Agents laced up their football boots for a five-a-side run-out against our cherished client MSB Solicitors. David, George, Teza, Ben and Sam delivered a famous win for Agent, but more importantly, raised over £100 together with MSB for The Dan Kay Foundation.
Clothes collection.
Our caring client partners collected a huge clothes hamper to donate to The Whitechapel Centre in Liverpool City Centre. The clothes will be given to those less fortunate and make a real difference.
Nailed it!
Agent Academy Programmes Co-Ordinator by (week)day. But at weekends, Caroline Cooper is a star nail artist! Our lovely Caroline dropped into an assisted living facility to paint beautiful summer nails for their glamorous residents and staff!
Baltic Clean.
A big team for a big job! Our creative team gave up their time to assist the monthly Baltic Triangle community clean-up. The team swapped their pencils and trackpads for gardening gloves, helping with weeding, planting and removing unwanted litter and stones.
The future is digital.
We welcomed 16-year-old coding whizz, Adam into the office for a week of hands-on industry experience in our digital team. Adam supported and shadowed Agent’s Web Developers, working on live client websites.
Generous George
Our senior client partner, George, gives back his time by volunteering for two local charities, YMCA St Helen’s and Transforming Choice, during evenings and weekends. These charities are very close to his heart and George encourages anyone to give back their time to causes they care about.
MSB Charity Drag Bingo!
We purchased a table at the MSB Charity Drag Bingo event, raising money for Liverpool CAB and the Anti-Hate Crime Team. This incredibly fun event was unforgettable - mainly due to Partnerships Director, Zoe, winning a thrilling dance-off in front of a large crowd!
Academy advice.
We invited our current Agent Academy all-stars into the Liverpool studio this month to offer advice, appraisals and general feedback on their progress. As part of Agent Academy, candidates tackle real-life projects set by huge companies across the country, and we were happy to collaborate with an incredibly talented and enthusiastic cohort.
Chris cooks.
Social Media superstar Chris baked a delicious batch of homemade vegan cookies, delivering them to our neighbouring businesses in Liverpool as an afternoon treat. Happily, Chris made an extra-large portion, so our sweet-toothed Agents were able to indulge too!
Afternoon tea.
Our super strategists Lorna and Daria visited Garden Lodge Care Home, serving afternoon tea and cakes!! Lorna and Daria had a blast, swapping stories and laughs with residents for hours!
Books, books, books.
We visited Transforming Choice, an alcohol detox and transformation service based in Sefton Park, to donate a library to those who enrol on the programme. Transforming Choice provides life-changing support for people who are dependent on alcohol and other substances. We hope our collection of books provide many hours of happy reading!
Marketing masterclass.
Our Managing Director, Jeanette, visited a local primary school to deliver a marketing masterclass to year six pupils before they head off to high school in September. Jeanette explored the creative and increasingly innovative roles available in marketing including social media, design and videography! We hope she may have inspired a future Agent!
19 miles.
Our Communications team put on their running shoes to run 19 miles for our 19th birthday, donating money to our chosen charity in the process. They ran, cycled, walked and even swam their way to the target, also tackling a 10k in Manchester Media City.
Stars of the future.
We welcomed not one, not two, but five young creatives into our Liverpool and Manchester Offices throughout the month of our 19th birthday celebrations. These incredible individuals all got to gain hands-on industry experience in our Creative, Communications and Digital teams working on live client projects and supporting our teams to do powerfully good work.
