It’s official!
We are unbelievably excited to announce that we have been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list in the Small Organisation category!
The award is based on in-depth team feedback surveys, with a 26-question review developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders and academics to accurately monitor engagement, wellbeing and effort in the workplace.
To be considered, organisations must achieve a minimum 70% engagement rating overall from team members. We scored a whopping 82% engagement rate! Woo-hoo!
A remarkable rating.
Overall, our average job satisfaction score was 88% - a massive 12% above industry average!
We love that our team members love their work, colleagues, environment and the people, clients and organisations they work with.
Our other feedback highlights included:
· 92% of team members are happy at work
· 93% feel proud of their work and Agent itself
· 90% feel their careers can continually develop
With our four-day work week, enhanced internal communications, pro-bono campaigns and commitment to partnering with clients who share our values, we are determined to continue making our North West studios as creative, productive and dynamic as possible for our wonderful team members.
An incredible 12 months and more to come!
Our inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list reflects another incredible 12 months for us, having delivered impactful work for clients as well as hosting several landmark events, both individually and in collaboration with our clients. We hosted a 200+ IWD leaders' lunch as well as Net Zero North West’s national manifesto launch event at the House of Lords. We held a Labour Party Conference Fringe event at our Liverpool studio with Lucy Powell, Leader of the House of Commons and we also delivered the biggest year yet for our beloved All You Read is Love campaign, gifting an accumulative £65,000 worth of new books to underprivileged children and communities across the North West at Christmas.
This year, we are continuing our commitment to going above and beyond for our people, places and planet, giving
back 19 Powerfully Good Deeds to the communities we serve as part of our 19th birthday celebrations. The good deeds - including volunteering, fundraising and generally sharing some joy about - will culminate in a powerfully new event for us: a major gathering for 160+ business leaders, politicians and industry professionals. Watch this space – it's going to be good!
Agent founder and CEO Paul Corcoran said:
“We are incredibly proud to have been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for 2025. This is so important because it recognises the work of our team over the last 19 years in building a wonderfully warm, inclusive and high-performing culture here at Agent.
“Furthermore, we have been recognised by the Sunday Times because of the responses given by our team. With any team, it is vital to create brilliant places where everyone can do well. The results of this survey demonstrate just that.
“Thank you to our team, past and present, for making Agent one of the best places to work in the UK!”
