As a tight-knit, passionate team, we care deeply about making work that has a long-lasting powerful impact on people, our places and indeed, our planet. Knowing, and valuing that we’re in business for good is the golden thread that’s run through Agent since day one – all the way back in 2006.  

Our multi-disciplinary team come together, alongside our clients and partners, to make positive change happen. From bridging skills gaps for new diverse talent via Agent Academy, championing pioneering sustainability initiatives, getting thousands of books into the hands of young people who need them most – we’ve even helped change the law to keep people safe on our roads. We’re proud to spearhead incredible causes, campaigns, and organisations to drive transformational, much-needed, positive change. Powerful, eh?

Yes, you heard that right! At Agent, we're proud to work a 4-day work week. Since our initial pilot in Spring 2022, we’re proud to be pioneering the 4-day work week, proving that working well really does work well.  


Allowing our committed team additional time to recharge is our long-term commitment to boosting mental well-being, creative thinking, and productivity. It’s also an incredible way of continually reviewing and enhancing our ways of working, internal processes, communications and of course, driving the recruitment and retention of our talent.

We know we have been making a difference since way back in 2006. However, it’s high time we evidence our impact against global ESG standards and using these benchmarks to push us even further.
