Last night we journeyed over to Manchester to attend the Business in the Community (BITC) North West Awards 2015. Not only were we lucky enough to be honoured at the ceremony, but our Managing Director, Paul, was leading proceedings as the Master of Ceremonies.
Jeanette and James from our Communications team joined hundreds of attendees at the event and listened to a series of inspirational speeches from BITC representatives, including James Timpson of Timpson Ltd.
After enjoying a fantastic meal at the Imperial War Museum, event attendees were invited to take their seats for the awards section of the evening. Many brilliant organisations were reaccredited, shortlisted or named as category winners on the evening…including yours truly, Agent Marketing.
Paul was encouraged to momentarily retire from his role as MC whilst the CEO of BITC introduced Agent Marketing as a shortlisted finalist of The Jaguar Land Rover Inspiring Young Talent award.
Paul, Jeanette and James took to the stage, posed for a few (too many) obligatory photos and left with a trophy to recognise Agent’s dedication to young people in our city.
The award celebrated Agent Academy CIC, Agent Marketing’s sister organisation and encouraged more businesses to engage with their city’s young people to assist future generations in unlocking their potential.
