As with all our work, evidence is the key to success (just ask our clients). So at Agent Marketing, each mission we embark upon is underpinned by accurate market research. Whether that be disguising ourselves as a potential customer to mystery shop your business or developing focus groups for discussion, our Agents can go undercover to draw out vital information.
 
What else can our research team do?
 
Good question. Not only are we masters of disguise, we can also develop essential tools that aid our clients in further research. Here is a little taster of what we can deliver:
 
  • Primary Research – everything from questionnaire design, feedback sessions, focus groups discussions and interviews.
  • Secondary Research – the lovely job of collecting data and response from a range of reports in various sectors… and interpreting this so it makes sense to you!
  • Competitor Research – analysing your market and key competitors to see if they really do walk the walk and talk the talk (warning, a few Agents have been given alter research egos for this task).
