Want to keep up to date with what’s happening at Agent Marketing, who we are working with, and generally what is keeping us amused at Agent HQ? You do? Great, well let us introduce you to the Agent blog. It’s Agent Marketing in electronic form; new, innovative and as good as we have always been…

Super Strength

Obviously real humans don’t have web shooting out of their wrists or the ability to fly over mountains with the aid of a gaily coloured blue and red suit, no we just have our mere mortal abilities. One of these, if we choose to use it, is to lavish acts of kindness upon others who are less fortunate than us.

So that’s exactly what two students from New York are doing, they are real life Superheroes. Life and Dark Guardian, real names Chaim Lazaros and Chris Pollack have been trailing the streets of New York City with their hero friends handing out gifts of food, blankets, coffee and anything else they can give to the homeless people living on the streets.

I saw this on GMTV this morning, but apparently these tight wearing saviours have been doing this for the past two years and have only recently come into the media spotlight. Now their unique charitable work has landed them world wide recognition, earning some fantastic PR for their cause. They have funded their whole caped crusade out of their own pockets!

These lads are not getting paid for this, they might get some funny looks of people when they walk down the street in their Superhero outfits but they can go to bed at night thinking that they have done something to help others. Instead of most people, including myself who will sit and talk about how bad certain aspects of society are but we never actually do anything positive about it.

I applaud Life and Dark Guardian, not only what they are doing is fantastic but so is there delivery with the media. Working it to their advantage, people are talking about their charity, not only in New York but even as far afield as Skelmersdale. So if their story can reach a Skem-Head like me then their PR machine obviously rivals the tea making skills of Uncle Alfred any day.
