Where's the justice?
I’ve heard all the jokes about women drivers and well, none of them are funny. For those of you out there who chuckle at the thought of a lady driver then you’ll be pleased to know that I failed my driving test for the second time this week!
But oh no, it wasn’t my fault! A clever girl like me, how could it be, no it’s the test invigilators who are at fault and they’re all out to get me!
Test One
I failed because I stalled twice and lost control of the steering a little bit, the test man was the reason for this, he slammed on the brakes after I had just done a perfect parallel park and said I was too close to the car when pulling off. Well I didn’t touch it did I Sid? obviously he just decided to frighten the life out of me and put me into blind panic (not good when driving) and 30 seconds down the road the failing incident occurred. All because of him!!! Thanks Brian or whatever your name was.
Test two
I was doing quite well; it was lashing it down and then came the parallel parking which I am normally spot on with. AGAIN the test man slammed on the brakes, he said I went round a corner too fast, I had control, I knew what I was doing. So he put me off on purpose and I hit the dreaded kerb when performing the manoeuvre.
What a really crap thing to fail on, tapping the kerb slightly! They must be raking it in at the DSA!!
Oh and this morning I was nearly killed going to the bus stop, some guy came left off the roundabout with his indicator still on right and shot me the worst look ever for walking to cross the road. Excuse me for knowing my left from right!!! There is no justice!
