My first blog...
Right, so it’s time for my very first blog in my Agent Marketing colours. Well before I go into what I actually have on my mind at this instance, I think it would be best to get formalities out the way. Firstly I am very happy to be here, I enjoy the job and I enjoy the company, Secondly I want to thank everyone on the Agent team for helping me settle in quickly. Now that’s done with I want to talk about music videos.
Music videos I hear you say? Fear not, I do have an actual point to this. Firstly, I should establish the fact that I have recently acquired television glory in the form of a Sky Plus box. Secondly, as an avid ‘musicaholic’ I also subscribed to the music package which comes with around 25 channels of pure music videos. Now these channels showcase every genre of music there is; music for every emotion, to be honest it’s great.
Now comes my issue; one thing all of the channels have in common is the plethora of completely ridiculous music videos that make no sense at all. There are videos that have nothing do with the actual lyrics and just leave you in a state of severe confusion. The channels that highlight 80’s music are probably guiltier of this than the others, with Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of the Heart quite possibly being the most random music video ever. Who can forget the random fencing in the hall or the weird children with glowing eyes? I’m not going to beat around the bush – it was messed up. So as I was surfing that there internet one day I stumbled across this.
How that song should have actually went.
Enjoy…
