Cutting The Music Man Out

You may have read or heard recently about the BBC's plans to make cut backs to produce more quality programmes (or pay higher wages). Casualities in this proposed plan will be 6 Music; a digital music station that acts as a platform for new artists and bands trying to emerge and seek coverage, they find so hard to achieve.
 
Not only for new music, 6 Music is a station that plays all classic rock, indie, reggae, punk and replaying the ‘Peel Sessions’, dedicated to a talisman in new music John Peel.
 
6 Music provides an alternative music station for people who do not wish to listen to unfunny man Chris Moyles or Fearne Cotton's* forever ending boring life. Hopefully it will be saved, if not I will be digging out my dance mat and practicing my routines for Cheryl Cole (or Tweedy?).


*Don't mention her name to Paul.
